On Monday, 24th of February we organized The International Get Together -evening with other communication students. The main task was to share exchange experiences with others and meet some exchange students. We met the first goal and everyone seemed pretty happy about all the information of their exchange time. The countries represented were Czech Republic, Germany, Wales, The United States and Malta. We also had two speakers from Lööppi: Viivi Salminen told us about Prague in Czech Republic and Christina Boman about Aberystwyth in Wales. In its entirety the event got great feedback from participants and hopefully we will organize it every year from now on.
This time only one exchange student appeared but hopefully we’ll see you in our other events. There will be a lot of them this spring so stay tuned!
